CANCELLATION OF GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 10 January 2020 (the "Grant of Options Announcement") regarding the grant of Share Options to certain eligible participants (the "Grantees") pursuant to the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme to subscribe for a total of 750,000 Shares (the "Grant"). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms defined in the Grant of Options Announcement have the same meanings when used in this announcement.

The Company hereby announces that, as consented by each of the Grantees, it has voluntarily cancelled the Grant with effect from 3 March 2020 in accordance with the terms of the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme. As at the date of this announcement, none of the Grantees has accepted the Share Options in accordance with the terms of the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme.
