Torian Resources : Suspension from Official Quotation

The securities of Torian Resources Ltd ('TNR') will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of TNR, pending the release of an announcement regarding a funding agreement

Torian Resources Limited (Company) refers to the trading halt granted on 29 July 2021. The Company requests that a voluntary suspension of its securities be granted pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 from the commencement of trading on Monday, 2 August 2021. The voluntary suspension is requested pending the Company releasing an announcement regarding a material funding agreement for the acquisition of the Tarmoola Station. The Company requests the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement or the commencement of trading on 4 August 2021. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.

Asra Minerals Limited is an Australia-based multi-commodity focused exploration company. The Company is focused on targeting a growing gold, lithium and rare earth element (REE) portfolio in the premier Goldfields region of Western Australia. The Companyâs flagship Mt Stirling Project is located 240 kilometers (km) north of Kalgoorlie and hosts 10 gold prospects, and a gold JORC Mineral Resource. The project also has a potential for REE and critical minerals including scandium. Its Kookynie West Project is situated less than 50km south, which is an underexplored site showing gold, lithium and REE potential.
