CHANGE TO 2019 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Florence, April 19, 2019 - As a partial change in the 2019 Corporate calendar notified on January 14, 2019, pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 paragraph 1, letter b) on the Regulations for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., we hereby give notice that the Board of Directors for approval the Interim Financial Report at March 31, 2019 will be held on May 10, 2019 instead of the May 9, 2019.
