Florence, April 26, 2021 Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. announces that the lists of candidates for the appointment of the new Board of Directors were filed in the terms provided for by

applicable legislation and the By-laws. The Meeting convened on May 18, 2021 in first call and on May 19, 2021 in second call will pass the relevant resolution on this regard.
