Grupo Éxito, one of Latin America's largest grocery retailers, will deploy Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions' self-checkout solution at its Éxito and Carulla branded stores, according to a press release.

There will be 300 system installations in the company's Columbia stores.

"The system is flexible and easy to use, offering the added convenience of frictionless technology to simplify the self-checkout experience for our consumers. It offers everything we need in one solution," Camilo Gallego, Grupo Exito's vice president, said in the press release.
