Toshiba : Elects 12 Directors, Chair, Committee Members and Executive Officers

TOKYO-Toshiba Corporation (TOKYO: 6502) announced that the annual Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders, held today, elected 12 people to the post of directors of the company. Further to this, Toshiba also announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors held immediately after the Ordinary General Meeting elected the Chairman of the Board, and also appointed the members of three committees and Executive Officers.
