Total Produce : Appoints Non-Executive Director

Total Produce plc is pleased to announce that Imelda Hurley will join its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 2^nd January 2019.

Imelda (46) has over twenty years' experience in senior leadership roles across a variety of industries. She was, most recently, Director/Chief Financial Officer of Origin Enterprises plc. Imelda has previously held senior executive positions with a number of multinational companies.

Full details of her current and past directorships within the last five years will be provided under a separate regulatory filing. There are no other items requiring disclosure in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules and the ESM Rules. Imelda Hurley does not currently have any interest in ordinary shares in Total Produce.
