NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD
Lagos, Nigeria, 29th September, 2021:
This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) our shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc (the Company) will meet on the 28th day of October 2021 to among other businesses consider and approve the Company's unaudited financial statements for the period ending 30th September, 2021.
Pursuant to the Amendments to the Listings Rules (the "Rules") of NGX, the Company hereby announces the commencement of a closed period from Friday, 1st October, 2021 until 24 hours after the decisions taken at the Board meeting are made public and the unaudited financial statements for the period ending 30th September 2021 is released to the public.
Accordingly, no Director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
