TotalEnergies SE (ENXTPA:TTE) agreed to acquire Electric Vehicle Charging Business of Bolloré SE (ENXTPA:BOL) on July 28, 2021. The energy giant is also developing EV charging infrastructure in other cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, London and Brussels. Firas Abou Merhi, François Leroy, Pierre Coirre of Mazars Group acted as financial due diligence provider to TotalEnergies SE.
