(the "Company") will establish a new management and administrative system as of April 1, 2015. Accordingly, we will reorganize the Company and change the executive officers in charge.

We also would like to inform you that we have selected a candidate for director, whose
appointment will be proposed at the 149th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 26, 2015. Such matters are expected to be formally approved at the 149th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as well as the Board of Directors Meeting, which will be held after the General Meeting of Shareholders.
