TOTVS S.A. (BOVESPA:TOTS3) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 9,000,000 shares. The purpose of the share repurchases is to face the Incentive and Retention Plan based on company shares. The program is valid till September 9, 2020.
