NOTICE TO THE MARKET
TOTVS S.A. (B3: TOTS3) ("Company"), pursuant to CVM Instruction 358/2002 and to Article 26 of the Novo Mercado Regulations, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market that, on the date hereof, Mr. Pedro Luiz Barreiros Passos tendered his resignation as board member of the Company's Board of Directors, to which he was elected at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on April 5, 2018, and will remain vacant until the election of his replacement.
The Company thanks Mr. Passos Passos for his service as board member and as the chair of the Governance and Designation Committee, and his enormous legacy, inspiration and contribution for the success of the Company.
