EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS AND SALE OF COMMON SHARES

CALGARY, ALBERTA (June 11, 2021) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") reports that certain employees exercised share options representing a total of 20,800 common shares of no par value in the Company ("Common Shares") on June 10, 2021.

Application has been made for the 20,800 new Common shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected on June 16, 2021. Immediately following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 210,031,727 Common Shares. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.

In addition, on June 10, 2021, non-executive director John D. Wright sold 62,500 Common Shares at a weighted average price of C$1.57 (approximately 91.8 pence) per Common Share. The Common Shares were originally acquired by Mr. Wright in the previously announced exercise of 112,500 share options.
