Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has carried out the repurchase of its own shares as announced on August 5, 2022, as follows. The repurchase of its own shares, based on the resolution of the Board of Directors meeting held on August 5, 2022, has been completed as of this date.
1. Reason for share repurchase
The Company repurchased treasury stock to enable the execution of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
