Subject:	Notification of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 6/2565 regarding the approval of an interim dividend.
To:	President
	The Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Board of Directors' meeting No. 6/2565 of TQM Corporation Public Company Limited held on 11 August 2022 passed the resolutions as follows:

1. Approved Q2/2022 Financial Statements ended 30 June 2022
2. Approved the payment of an Interim Dividend from separate financial statements of 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 to the shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.70 per share for 600 million shares in amount of 420 million baht; for the such transaction the company will deduct 10% withholding tax or 0.07 baht per share so the net received per share will be 0.63 baht per share. The Record Date to entitle rightful shareholders who may receive the dividend will be on 29 August 2022 and the dividend payment will be on 9 September 2022 the legal reserve is complete.
