- stores (27.1%);

- offices (5%).

At February 28, 2023, the real estate portfolio, with a total leasable area of 1,568,623 m2, had a market value of ZAR 11.3 billion, broken down by type of asset into industrial buildings and large distribution centers (82%), stores (13%) and offices (5%).

Rental income are distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (83.3%), Namibia (5.2%), Africa (4.6%) and Austria (6.9%).
