Investor Event

Trakm8 (AIM: TRAK), a leading telematics and data supplier to global markets, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders and are available online at the Company's websitewww.trakm8.com/investor-relations.

The Company's AGM will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 12 September 2018 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

Investor Event

Following the AGM, from 11.00am to 13.00pm at the offices of Buchanan, the Company will hold an investor event for analysts and investors at which private investors are welcome to attend. The event will include a presentation given by Executive Chairman John Watkins and Finance Director Jon Furber, along with other members of Trakm8 Senior Management team, and will focus on Trakm8's strategy to create shareholder value and include product demonstrations.
