Transaction Capital Limited announced the retirement of Mr. Christopher Seabrooke as an independent non-executive director, effective 31 December 2024. Before the group's listing, Mr. Seabrooke was appointed to the Board in June 2009 and as independent non-executive Chairman in March 2010. He was instrumental in implementing best practice governance structures which assisted in preparing the group to be listed.

Over the years, he has played a critical role in advising the founders, management and the Board in driving the group's strategy.
