MATERIAL FACT

Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A., a joint-stock company duly registered before the Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) ('CVM') as a publicly held company, with head offices in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Praça XV de Novembro, 20, rooms 601 e 602, CEP 20010-010, enrolled with the Taxpayer's Registry of the Ministry of Finance - CNPJ/MF under No. 07.859.971/0001-30, with its incorporation documents filed before the Board of Trade of the State of Rio de Janeiro (JUCERJA) under NIRE 33.3.0027843-5 ('Company'), pursuant to CVM Rule No. 358, dated as of January 3, 2002, as amended, an in continuance to the material fact released by the Company on May 30, 2017, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date ,was approved by the Brazilian Association of Entities of the Financial and Capital Markets (Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais) ('ANBIMA'), pursuant to article 13 of the 'Código ANBIMA de Regulação e Melhores Práticas para as Atividades Conveniadas', effective as of April 1, 2015, the interruption, for up to sixty (60) business days, of the period of analysis of the application for registration of the public offering for distribution of the 4th issuance of unsecured bonds (Debêntures) and non-convertible into shares, in two (2) series, of the Company ('Offer'), due to the current conditions of the national capital markets.

The Company will keep the market and its shareholders informed about the schedule, the developments and the conditions of the Offer. In accordance with applicable regulations and with the standards of conduct thereof, additional information about the Offer may be obtained directly from the Company, as well as in the material fact and the offer memorandum to be made available when in due time.

This material fact does not constitute an offer, nor an invitation or solicitation of offer to acquire the Debentures. Neither this material fact nor any information contained herein shall constitute the basis of any agreement or commitment.
