TAESA (TRANSMISSORA ALIANÇA DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA) S.A. NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. ('TAESA') communicates to its shareholders, the market in general and other interested parties, in addition to the notice to shareholders released by the Company on November 10, 2017, that the payment of R$ 92,442,288.87 as Interim Dividends and Interest on Equity approved by the Company's Board of Directors on the same date, will occur on November 29, 2017.
In addition, the Company rectifies that shareholders who are immune or exempt from income taxes, should prove this condition until November 23, 2017 and not until November 16, 2017, as previously disclosed.
