Successful bid for the acquisition of a land plot located in Paradeisos Amarousiou, Attica

Trastor R.E.I.C. (the "Company"), announces that on July 21st, 2021, it was declared the highest bidder for the acquisition of a land plot with total area of 1,718.80 sq.m located at Paradeisos Amarousiou, on Amarousiou-Chalandriou street. The bid offered for this property was €3,015,700.

All required formalities for the conclusion of the above acquisition are expected to be completed in due course.

Mr. Tassos Kazinos, Chief Executive Officer of Trastor R.E.I.C., made the following statement:
