Travis Perkins : recognised in Engagement Excellence Awards

Winner of 'Best Evolution of Company Benefits' Award

Northampton: 7 November 2018; Travis Perkins, the UK's largest supplier of building materials, has won the 'Best evolution of Company Benefits' award at the Engagement Excellence Awards, which were presented by Reward Gateway on 9th October at The Roundhouse in London.

The award was presented to Travis Perkins in recognition of their exceptional benefits package, which is offered to their 28,000 employees across the UK via a common platform, Reward Gateway, where the benefits range from the more traditional child care vouchers and cycle to work incentives, to educational advice, discounted flu jabs and saving schemes.

The company recently also launched a new financial wellbeing hub, which is supported by one of the UK's largest financial wellbeing companies, Neyber. This provides impartial money advice from a range of experts, and gives access to information about how to make the most of earnings and deal with financial challenges.

The annual Engagement Excellence Awards showcase market leaders who provide exceptional employee engagement programmes for their people. Each year hundreds of applications are independently judged by some of the most experienced and skilled HR, benefits and reward professionals in the industry.
