Trent Limited announced earnings results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 6,225.764 million compared to INR 8,983.48 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 715.954 million compared to net income of INR 185.958 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 2.01 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 0.54 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was INR 9,256.248 million compared to INR 17,222.515 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 2,491.264 million compared to net income of INR 562.081 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 7.01 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 1.66 a year ago.
