Trex Company, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 335.87 million compared to USD 231.5 million a year ago. Net income was USD 73.8 million compared to USD 42.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.64 compared to USD 0.37 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.64 compared to USD 0.37 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 892.99 million compared to USD 652.55 million a year ago. Net income was USD 183.71 million compared to USD 132.33 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.59 compared to USD 1.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.59 compared to USD 1.14 a year ago.

Trex Outdoor Kitchens cabinetry is manufactured and sold by Danver Outdoor Kitchens. Its Trex Seclusions composite fencing product is offered through two specialty distributors. This product consists of structural posts, bottom rails, pickets, top rails and decorative post caps.
