Results of 2020 Annual General Meeting
Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (Triangle / the Company) (ASX:TEG) is pleased to advise the results of its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today.
Resolution 1 was passed by a sufficient majority as a non-binding resolution and Resolution 3 passed by a sufficient majority as a special resolution. All other resolutions were passed by a sufficient majority as ordinary resolutions.
The resolutions presented for shareholders' consideration and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out in the schedule below.
