Shares held by Triangle Group Co., Ltd., Ding Yuhua, Hou Rucheng, Shan Guoling, Wang Wenhao, Ma Wenli, Zhong Danfang, Deng Shitao, Lin Xiaobin, Shi Weiquan, Sun Qingjiang, Tan Jun, Zhang Tao, Zhao Libo, Zheng Qian, Ding Mu, Jiang Xiubo, Gu Zhifu, Sun Shumin, Liang Dong, Cao Guangyu, and Xia Jiliang will be under lock-up for a period of 36 months from September 09, 2016.
Shares held by CNHTC Jinan Investment Co., Ltd., Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd., China National Chemical Construction Qingdao Co., Ltd., Weihai Rubber Chemical Import and Export Co., Ltd., Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry, Chiefar Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., Rongcheng Fusheng Trading Co., Ltd., Wang Baizhong, and Li Zhigang will be under lock-up for a period of 12 months from September 09, 2016.
