(b) On September 15, 2021, Triple-S Management Corporation (the "Company")
issued a press release announcing that Madeline Hernández-Urquiza, (i) Executive
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, (ii) President of
Triple-S Salud, Inc., a Puerto Rico insurance company and managed care
subsidiary of the Company and (iii) President of Triple-S Advantage, Inc., a
Puerto Rico corporation and managed care subsidiary of the Company, will retire
from her positions with the Company and its subsidiaries effective Octobre 31,
2021.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 15, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the
retirement of Madeline Hernández-Urquiza, effective October 31, 2021. A copy of
the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit
99.1.
