Beijing Great Open Source Software Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 14,992,642 common shares at a price of CNY 1.3 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 19,490,434.6 on March 22, 2019. The shares will be issued at a premium having a face value of CNY 1 per share. The transaction will include participation from new investor Sichuan Troy Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300366). The transaction is subject to shareholders approval. Post completion of the transaction along with the merger transaction, the investor will own 47.73% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company is CNY 37,581,200.
