Guangzhou Bonson Info System Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 27,670,800 in an equity round of funding on June 16, 2017. The transaction included participation from existing investor, Sichuan Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300366) which invested for CNY 1,000,000 into the registered capital and CNY 26,670,800 into the capital reserve. The investor retained 100% stake in the company.
