Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300366) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 60 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 13.5 per share. The purpose of the buyback is to implement the company’s ESOP/equity incentive. The plan will be valid for 3 months from the date of approval.
