Subject: Notification of the investment in Chiwiborirak Company Limited

True Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to notify that True Incube Company Limited ("True Incube"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company's Group, has invested in Chiwiborirak Company Limited ("Chiiwii"), a company engaged in medical tele-consultation services, at the shareholding proportion of 60.72% of Chiiwii's total issued shares for consideration of Baht 47.28 million. The objective of this investment is to strengthen the Company's digital health strategy as well as to support potential Startup and to gain potential future return on investment.

Consequently, Chiiwii become the Company's new subsidiary. After this investment, Chiiwii's shareholder structure is as follows;

This transaction is not regarded as a connected transaction and the transaction size is not considered as a major acquisition of assets according to the regulations of the Capital Market Supervisory Board and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
