TACOMA, Wash. (AP) _ TrueBlue Inc. (TBI) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $8 million.

On a per-share basis, the Tacoma, Washington-based company said it had profit of 23 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 33 cents per share.

The blue-collar temporary staffing company posted revenue of $518.6 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $141.8 million, or $4.01 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.85 billion.

TrueBlue shares have increased 5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $19.65, a decline of 11% in the last 12 months.
