Reference is made to: 

o	the announcement made on 26 February 2021 by Tryg Forsikring A/S with respect
to the issuance of Restricted Tier 1 Capital Notes for the amount of SEK
1,000,000,000 (the "RT1 Notes"); and
o	the announcement made on 12 May 2021 by Tryg Forsikring A/S with respect to
the issuance of Tier 2 Capital Notes for the amount of SEK 1,300,000,000 (the

The maturity of the RT1 Notes is perpetual, but Tryg Forsikring A/S has the
option to prepay the Notes at par on the interest payment date in February 2026
and on any interest payment date following that date. 

The maturity of the T2 Notes is 12 May 2051, but Tryg Forsikring A/S has the
option to prepay the T2 NOK Notes at par on 12 May 2027 and the T2 SEK Notes at
par on 12 November 2026 and, in each case, on any interest payment date
following that date.

The RT1 Notes are issued with ISIN DK0030484621, the T2 SEK Notes are issued
with ISIN DK0030488101 and the T2 NOK Notes are issued with ISIN NO0010995723. 

In connection with the listing of the RT1 Notes and the T2 Notes on Oslo Børs,
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 28 May 2021 approved (i) a
prospectus dated 27 May 2021 in respect of the RT1 Notes (the "RT1 Prospectus")
and (ii) a prospectus dated 27 May 2021 in respect of the T2 Notes (the "T2
Prospectus" and, together with the RT1 Prospectus, the "Prospectuses").
