Further to our letter dated 12th May 2022 informing the termination of Global Depository Receipts Program ("GDR Program") of Tube Investment of India Limited ("the Company"), we would like to inform that M/s. BNY Mellon, the Depositary of the said GDR Program, vide their communication received by the Company on 18th August 2022 has informed that the GDR Program stands terminated with effect from 12th August 2022.
