STORY: Just Eat Takeaway.com is the latest large company to exit the London Stock Exchange.

The Netherlands-based food delivery company announced its plans to de-list on Wednesday (November 27).

The company said the move aims to reduce the administrative burden, complexity and costs associated with the listing.

Just Eat shares will continue to trade on Amsterdam's Euronext exchange.

It says it could proceed with the London de-listing without asking shareholders for approval.

Other big companies have also left London recently .

These include travel giant TUI and Flutter Entertainment.

Others are thought to be considering a move too.

They cite increasing pressure from investors following Brexit-related complications that have squeezed UK market valuations.
