The Company is engaged in the development of mineral resources from its Norseman Gold Project in Australia. The Project is located at the southern end of the Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belt in the Eastern Goldfields Province of the Yilgarn Block in Western Australia, approximately 725 kilometers east of Perth, 200 kilometers south of Kalgoorlie and 200 kilometers north of Esperance. The Norseman Gold Project comprises over 155 continuous mining tenements (including pending applications) approximately 70 kilometers of strike in Norseman- Wiluna greenstone belt covering approximately 800 square kilometers (km2).
