The Collective Bargaining between Tüpraş and Petrol-İş Union covering the period 01 January 2017 to 31 December 2018 was concluded with the agreement on May 15, 2017.
According to the agreement, a wage increase of 9% for the first six months, an increase at inflation rate for the second and third six month periods, and an increase at inflation rate plus 0,50 for the fourth six months is provided.
Additionally, improvements in social benefits were also provided.

Turkiye Petrol Rafinerileri AS is a Turkey-based company that is engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the refining of crude oil and petroleum products. Its refineries produce a full range of refined petroleum products, including diesel, fuel oils, jet fuel, gasoline and asphalt. The Group also imports and sells petroleum products and engages in the distribution, retailing and marine transportation of crude oil and refined products.
