On September 17, 2021, Turning Point Brands, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that, on September 14, 2021, the Food and Drug Administration issued a Marketing Denial Order to the Company in response to a Premarket Tobacco Product Application covering certain of the Company's vapor products. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibits 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
