Tv18 Broadcast Limited Receives Order from the Superintendent of Central Goods & Service Tax, Range I, Division-VIII, Ahmedabad

TV18 Broadcast Limited has received an order dated August 30, 2024 from the Superintendent of Central Goods & Service Tax, Range I, Division-VIII, Ahmedabad levying a penalty of INR 40,000 under Section 73 of the Gujarat GST Act, 2017. The order has been passed alleging excess availment of input tax credit during the financial year 2019-20. The Company intends to file an appeal against the order.

The financial impact of the aforesaid order is to the extent of the penalty levied.
