The New Thriller This Fall on addiktv

Montreal, August 15, 2016 - addiktv is kicking off its fall season with a free preview August 22 to September 12, offering captivating programming for fans of suspense, intrigue and emotion. On tap: seven new series, original productions and new episodes of returning favourites. 'addiktv continues to break its own ratings records, reaching an average of 570,000 viewers each day, with a strong contingent of millennials,' declares Suzane Landry, Senior Director, Stations & Programming, at TVA Group. 'This enthusiasm stems from our commitment to offering today's best American series and high-intensity original productions, with powerful and intriguing narratives.'

For fans addicted to riveting fiction, the station will air over 200 hours of new programming, including the highly anticipated thriller Prémonitions, which is sure to keep viewers glued to their seats. The show is produced by Encore Télévision, in collaboration with Quebecor Content.

Starting Thursday, August 25 at 10 p.m.

This highly dramatic fictional series features mysterious and mesmerizing characters who lead viewers into an incomparable thriller with fantastical overtones. With its clever intrigue, the series is like nothing else on Quebec TV - the work of talented creators Estelle Bouchard, Patrick Lowe and Charles-Olivier Michaud.

It tells the story of a family being pursued and fighting for its survival. Clara Jacob is a seemingly ordinary mother who only wants the best for her children, Arnaud and Liliane, and her grandchildren, Félicia and Romain. But the Jacob family is actually not ordinary at all: their blessing - or their curse - is that each of them is gifted. They can see into the future, hypnotize people, read their thoughts, and even heal them. These extraordinary individuals have all learned to keep their powers under wraps and blend in with the rest of society, but because they're so different, some people just want to eliminate them.

Will Clara succeed in protecting her loved ones and escape the witch hunt? The series will keep viewers in suspense for 10 weeks, thanks to the work of a stellar cast:
