Waycool Food and Products Private Limited entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire unknown majority stake in Benani Foods Pvt Ltd from TVS Electronics Limited (NSEI:TVSELECT) for INR 16.3 million on March 22, 2019. Waycool Food and Products Private Limited will sell its entire stake in Benani Foods. For the year ended March 31, 2018, Benani Foods Pvt Ltd had revenue of INR 44.4 million. Transaction is expected to close not later than March 31, 2019.
