TXT e S p A : solutions nomina Tatiana Coviello come nuovo Chief People Officer

MILAN, 1 September 2020 - TXT e-solutions, a specialized provider of advanced software solutions, is pleased to announce that Tatiana Coviello has joined today the TXT Group as Chief People Officer taking on the HR & Communication responsibility for the entire TXT Group.

Graduated in Business and Economics in Universität Trier and then awarded with a second master degree in Psychology, Tatiana started her career in Germany with Volkswagen AG. Initially in Wolfsburg, her duties bring her to work in different international sites namely South Africa, UAE and China. Back in Italy in 2002 at Volkswagen Group Italia, she was responsible initially for Training, later for Marketing & Communication. In 2008 Tatiana become HR Director in Würth and later in Volksbank.

In the last three years her curiosity has led her to develop a growing interested in all that is technology, Artificial Intelligence, fintech, digital and the future of work; thus coming to write her first book 'Not even ostriches do it anymore. Living well with Artificial Intelligence' (soon available also in English) and so to land with this perfect combination of experiences, skills and interests with our TXT Group.
