Uflex Limited announced that Mr. Cherian Kenneth Thomas, (Joint President), designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company in terms of Regulation 16(1) (d) of Listing Regulations, 2015, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to his desire to move closer to south of India. The management has accepted his resignation. Consequently, he stands relieved from the services of the Company after the close of office hours on September 13, 2024.
