UFO Moviez India Limited announced that Mr. Sameer Chavan has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective closing of business hours of December 24, 2020. The company further announced that Ms. Krutika Kumeria, qualified company secretary bearing membership number is appointed as an interim Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from December 25, 2020. Ms. Krutika Kumeria will remain Compliance Officer of the Company till the appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Ms. Krutika Kumeria, is a qualified company secretary and Graduate in Commerce and Law with more than 8 years of experience in the Company Secretarial & Compliances. Ms. Krutika Kumeria is working with the Company since July 2013 and prior to joining the Company, she has worked with Transwarranty Finance Limited.
