• • Re-election of Beat Spörri as chairperson and member of the Compensation Committee

• • Re-election of the statutory auditor KPMG SA and the independent proxy Buis Bürgi AG

• • Approval of the compensation for the Board of Directors for the period until the next annual general meeting and for the Executive Management for financial years 2019, 2020 and 2021

Switzerland, 30 June 2020 - Ultima Capital SA (BX: ULTIMA, "Ultima"), a Swiss luxury real estate owner, developer and operator listed on BX Swiss, announced that its shareholders approved all of the resolutions as proposed by the Board of Directors at today's Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Zurich.

In accordance with the Federal Council Ordinance on Measures to Combat the Coronavirus, the AGM was held without the physical attendance of shareholders. A total of 4,020,799 shares, or 68.03% of shares with voting rights, were represented by the independent proxy.
