Umanis SA agreed to acquire an unknown majority stake in SunTseu.

Umanis SA (ENXTPA:ALUMS) agreed to acquire an unknown majority stake in SunTseu during summer of 2021. The transaction will be fully financed without recourse to debt. SunTseu reported a revenue of around € 4.5 million in 2020.

SunTseu will be consolidated in the Umanis's accounts following the final signing of the acquisition contract which scheduled for mid of October 2021.
