Backlog Accounts Receivable Management Services uses Backlog service to collect aged claims that are usually previously filed with an insurance carrier or governmental payer but remain uncollected. Its PayStream service uploads patient accounts onto a secure, cloud-based collections platform that allows patients three ways of satisfying their outstanding account balance, with little to no human interaction. Bad Debt Collection Services involves collection of accounts that have been written off as bad debt.
