Union el Golf SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the operation of Club El Golf 50, a private social club located in Santiago. The Company’s activities also include the organization of sports, recreation and charity events, as well as other activities related to the acquisition and management of movable and immovable properties. The Company’s Club el Golf 50’s facilities include a restaurant, ballrooms and reception rooms intended for the celebration of events, wedding ceremonies and banquettes; a wellness center, a gym, swimming pools and a spa. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned 99.90% stake in Union Gastronomica Ltda.
