Uni-Select Inc. (TSX:UNS) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Maslack Supply Limited from Betty Jane Marks and Judy Roy on July 25, 2022. Maslack's core management and employees will remain in place. Uni-Select plans to fund the transaction using amounts available under its credit facility.
The transaction is expected to close on or about August 2, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
