UniCap Investment and Finance Co KSCP, formerly Housing Finance Co KSCP, is a Kuwait-based company engaged in financial activities, investment services and real estate operations. The Companyâs Investment division is structured into the following: the Asset Management & Investment division, which manages a range of investment portfolios that cover different asset classes and investment themes, such as equities, private equities, shared portfolio, real estate portfolio and funds, as well as the Masaref Investment Fund division, which seeks capital growth by investing mainly in shares of listed and non-listed banks. In addition, the Company provides short, medium and long term loans to corporate, institutional and private sector customers for various purposes, such as purchase of land property, real estate, industrial and others.
